Warranty

  • Yes. All our products undergo rigorous quality controls. The warranty covers manufacturing, material, and design defects.

    In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, any defect must be reported within two months of its detection.

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or external factors unrelated to the manufacturing process.

    As official distributors of DGT (Netherlands), we can offer warranty extensions for certain items from this brand.

Refunds

  • If the product and its packaging are in perfect condition and unopened, you will receive a full refund.

    We will not be able to issue a refund if the product has damages not covered by the warranty.
